If you find a project that piques your interest, simply click on it to read through the project’s details. Once you’ve got a better understanding of what the job entails and you're sure it’s something you can tackle, go ahead and submit a quote and proposal. When drafting your proposal, feel free to include any relevant job experience and/or skills you have that makes you the perfect candidate for the job – this will help you standout.

Shortly thereafter, the homeowner will go through and review all of the proposals they’ve received for their project. They’ll typically assess proposals based on the level of detail and explanation, as well as which quote seems the most reasonable. If your bid wins, well, congratulations! You've just landed yourself a gig! All that’s left to do is organize dates and finalize other details (like supplies), and then finish the job! Projects are funded by the homeowner up front and the money is held by us until you complete the project. We release the funds into your account within 48 hours of both you and the homeowner approving project completion.

• As we mentioned earlier, carefully read the details of the project before submitting your bid. It may seem obvious, but this is important, and a lot of the time, the reason a proposal isn’t selected is because it seems (excuse our language) lazy.   Also, some projects are larger than others and may require you to request a site visit with the homeowner. Or, maybe you’ll discover that the project description is extremely vague and you have more questions about what the homeowner is looking for. Take advantage of all the communication tools that are on our platform; we want you to submit your bid with 100% confidence. 
• Stay communicative. If your bid is chosen, it’s important to communicate with the homeowner that hired you so you can ensure you’re on the same page about dates, expectations, materials, and more. Bidmii has on-platform messaging that we recommend you take advantage of.
• Bring your A-game. This is just once again a reminder that homeowners will leave a review for you when you’re finished the project. This review is showcased on your profile alongside before and after pictures (and can be viewed by all future, potential clients you interact with on our platform). Any feedback you receive will not only help you improve your services, but it will also show future clients that you’re professional and hard-working.
