How does Bidmii make money?

Bidmii offers a diverse range of value-added services beyond just connecting homeowners with contractors. Our overarching goal with these services is to help contractors grow their business, for example, business financing and embedded insurance. 

‍

But we do have some extra services for homeowners that can enhance their renovation journey. Bidmii offers renovation financing, and interior design/decorating services as well.

‍

For homeowners, using Bidmii is pretty much completely free, except for the payment processing fee that we charge for transactions. This fee is 4% for credit card payments and 1% for direct deposits or wire transfers. If your project budget exceeds $50,000, contact us for potential fee reductions.

For contractors, they are limited to bidding on up to 5 projects per month. After reaching this limit, they have two options: wait until next month when their quota refills, or subscribe to one of our premium plans. These range from $348 to $15,840 per year depending on the features included.
